Need a Plywood Case Made

I need a enclosed, vented case built and delivered since I don't have a vehicle large enough--made out of 1/2" plywood (if you think a different material should be used, that's ok with me)? The basic size of the case is 48"x56", but there are some variable dimensions. Cheap and ugly is fine. If it allows me, I'll attach a badly-drawn image of what I need.
