that we're having a layoff even when it's obvious that business is going through the roof and we can't keep up with demand. We find that these MAGA idiots who wear their stupid red hats every day will never figure out that it's a one person layoff. Can you imagine getting laid off in any sector of the home building industry right now while demand is sky high? You'd have to be really worthless to lose your job when so many companies are having to pay sign-on bonuses to get new employees.
