If you have building maintenance experience and an eye for detail, then… WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU! Located in Missoula, our property is a 50-unit apartment building for senior citizens. Our residents are important to us; and our mission is to provide clean, safe, comfortable, and affordable housing for them; and to do so in an environment that is sensitive and responsive. SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for performing both janitorial and property upkeep duties along with all maintenance tasks in our Silvercrest housing facility. Keep common areas clean and functional. Interior - Cleans and sanitizes common areas as directed by supervisor, including but not limited to sanitizing high-touch points, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, scrubbing, clean walls, mirrors & windows, ceilings & light fixtures. May remove stains from such surfaces as rugs, drapes, walls, and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions. Exterior – Maintains exterior areas such as picking up trash around building, blowing parking areas & sidewalks, cleaning common area patios and grounds or performing other incidental seasonal tasks. Required to move heavy objects such as a major appliance or furniture to target cleaning areas. Maintenance – Working knowledge of most aspects of building maintenance (painting, drywall, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing, etc.) preferred, but if you are handy and willing to learn, this position is a great opportunity to learn new skills along the way! SCHEDULE: Regular - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday, full-time.
