The Medve Group, Inc. is currently seeking a Leasing Consultant, Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Tech for our new acquired 180 unit A+ luxury community in the University Park region of Dallas, TX. Leasing Consultant: • Effectively explains all lease and community policies to new and current residents. • Accurately and efficiently prepares and assists with all leasing paperwork. • Collects security deposits, rent and all other funds associated with resident moves. • Conducts follow-up activity with all residents in order to establish positive resident relations. • Attends and assists in the coordination and organization of resident relations and activities. • Supports the overall marketing efforts of the community. Maintenance Supervisor: • Effectively lead by example by working alongside team • Assistant with interview and training efforts • Assign and oversee daily duties • Assist w/ resident service requests and on-call responsibilities • Maintain activity log • Reports any maintenance concerns to the Property Manager • MUST be HVAC certified Maintenance Tech: • Prepare units to move-in ready condition • Performs various community maintenance functions • Ensure grounds are upkeep • Responds to resident service requests and issues • Perform on-call duties • MUST be HVAC certified Incentives: • Excellent pay • Great benefits • 50% housing discount • 401k 50% match up to 6% • 15 vacation/PTO days in initial year • 8 company paid holiday’s • Paid parental leave Interested candidates are asked to submit their resume to [email protected] and list what position he/she is applying for in the subject line.
