We made eye contact at Sheetz Sunday morning in Frostburg

You were sitting in the passenger side of a mini van when I drove up to put gas in my vehicle. I stepped out of my vehicle and we made eye contact. You would not take your eyes off of me the entire time. You watched me wash my windshield and then you walked over to the trash can closer to me. You got back in the mini van and we continued to make direct eye contact. You started eating something right before you drove away and we maintained eye contact the entire time. This happened at Sheetz in Frostburg, Md. around 9:30 AM on Sunday, July 11th, 2021. I really wanted to start a conversation with you then, but the timing was not right.
