I think it is truly pathetic and a sign of how dysfunctional the government bureaucracy is in North Carolina that the only changes made to the phone system at DES is to tell you you're going to get even less service than you got last week I mean how many people do they have working for them five I've been waiting since April of 2020 and nothing has happened yet they told me I was in an accelerated hearing list for appeal because my pua got turned down because they didn't have last year's taxes over a month ago nothing has happened it just sits there pending. I think they're hoping that I just die move out of North Carolina or perhaps I'll become a street person
