Starving Kitten Found

I found little kitten about 3month old and tried to send him to animal shelter last week. However, animal shelter refused him because he is FIV positive. He is just neutered and clipped an ear. And they let him free in my apartment complex. I found him again yesterday very skinny and starve to almost death. He looked very scared and tried to get in my apartment desperately. My situation does not let me take care of him. I am moving out on August and I already have two dogs and they cannot get along. This kitten is very friendly with people and dogs (My dogs are bad).
