We're interested in separating out the utilities for a multifamily property in Woonsocket RI. We've installed a new gas meter and electrical meter and need help correcting what equipment is on what meter and installing some new equipment. Below is a high level summary of the work needed: Scope of Work: - Install natural gas water heater - Install on demand electric water heater for for washing machine and shower - Install electric mini split - Remove gas on gas heater Please send me an email with your availability to see the job site on Wednesday (7/14) or Thursday (7/15) this week. Work to be complete during the week of the 26th HVAC License required Must be willing to sign contract Payment upon completion
