Looking for drama free, reliable and professional cleaning crew to complete a final clean. There is paint removal involved. You must have your own supplies. I am looking to schedule this for first thing tomorrow morning. I will be at the house today if you want to take a look at the house before bidding. 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Approx 1400 sf Entryway - Clean interior and exterior glass door storm door - Wipe down the white front door - Wipe Down outlets/Switchplates - Sweep/vacuum floor Stairs - Remove tape from all black balusters - Wipe down paint overspray with own provided goo off and terry cloth tile and finish with a microfiber towel - Wipe down all-white areas removing debris - Sweep and mop stairs Livingroom - Clean and polish ceiling fan - Wipe down all switch plates - Vacuum carpet Kitchen - Remove paint with goo off on square light fixture - Scrub black grout to remove stains - Remove brown paint on the upper and lower cabinet - Wipe down all cabinets and hardware - Clean Stove thoroughly - Clean Microwave thoroughly - Wipe down countertops - Remove paint from flooring - Wipe down switch plates removing any brown paint Bedrooms (ALL THREE) - Clean and polish ceiling fan - Wipe down all switch plates - Vacuum floor Bathroom 1 - Polish mirror - Wipe down switch plates - Polish countertops - Clean and polish sink (scrape any paint residue) - Thoroughly wipe down tile shower - Clean bath tub (remove residue from drain top) - Sweep floor - Clean floor Basement Bathroom 2 - Polish mirror - Wipe down switch plates - Wipe down shelf - Polish countertops - Clean and polish sink (scrape any paint residue) - Clean window (Doesn't open) - Lightly clean shower - Sweep and mop the floor Large room in the basement - Take Swiffer and wipe down all-white walls (I take a Swiffer and but goo off on it and go up and down the walls) - Wipe down baseboards - Sweep and mop the floor
