Must have valid Driver License, Own Vehicle, Auto Insurance and a Smart Phone The gig pays $10.00 an hour, plus.44 cents per mile. You are required to drive your own vehicle and you are responsible for the gas. Bonus options. This is a part time gig that is available once per month, every month, lasting approximately 7 to 10 days. We have a list of foreclosure properties each month that will be up for auction on the first Tuesday of every month. Your job is to drive to these properties and complete an inspection. You will need to take photos and thorough notes at each location and have the ability to upload this information to an app. Attention to detail is a must.
