Septic company is looking to make an immediate hire for a qualified Construction Laborer/Driver! * Valid Texas driver's license with a clear driving record. * You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to be added to the liability insurance with our company. * Must be able to drive dually truck with trailer (do not apply if you do not possess this driving skill) * This is a labor position that includes trenching lines with rock saw trencher and some hand trenching, plumbing septic systems, covering tanks with bobcat/skid steer, getting systems fully installed and ready for county inspections. * Must be able to work independently with verbal instruction of owners and job site supervisors, have a positive attitude and strong work ethic. * Must have your own reliable transportation to and from work. * Work Days: Monday-Friday, some Saturdays required! * Days begin at 7:30am and end once your projects are completed for the day. This means you can and will work beyond 5/6pm most days. * Full time position, 40 + hours per week. * $17 per hour, paid biweekly; we are a direct deposit employer (must have a checking or savings account). * Random drug screenings and 90 day termination policy for non compliance. * Medical benefits offered after 90 days after full time employment.
