The YMCA is in search of a full time facilities lead to cover our Downtown and South Hill Branches. This position is 40 hours per week and comes with full benefits. Previous Facilities experience is preferred but not required - we will provide training to the right candidate!
The Maintenance Lead ensures that the YMCA is maintained to the highest standards and that all building systems are operated as efficiently as possible to provide the Association with the best possible returns while fully satisfying member, tenant, and employee expectations. This individual will ensure that current maintenance polices and procedures are followed and updated as required.
