Duplex Remodel Needed

Hello. We are completely remodeling a 3000 sq ft duplex at 431 W 1st Street in Loveland starting this week. We need a small crew that can do demo, dig trenches and dig out window wells, frame walls, hang drywall plus tape, mud and texture, and install flooring after all the carpet is removed. There are 3 sets of kitchen cabinets that need to be installed as well. We are converting the garage to an apartment so there will be a lot of concrete work including pouring a small foundation after the plumbing lines are installed. We are paying for all the materials and renting all the equipment you will need. We have budgeted $6,000.00 for labor and would like to try and have everything completed by August 1st if possible, so this job should take about 2.5 weeks. We will pay you cash each week, and will ask you to sign a contract to protect both parties. Please do not respond if you can not work in a timely fashion, as this is not our first rodeo.
