Need someone that can Rebuild/Replace Van Engine

Have a 2010 Ford e-150 Cargo Van that the last oil change, they seem to not put oil in it and the engine started knocking. Took it back and they are saying the engine was burning oil and that's what happened, even though they never mentioned anything in the previous oil changes and we had no problem changing oil every 3-4K. Need someone that works on engines and might want a project to rebuild or find parts to replace the engine. Will pay for parts and labor. Email or text with any questions.
