Family Owned and Operated for 30+ years, well-established, high quality autobody repair. We are seeking a full-time, Monday-Friday experienced estimator. Primary Responsibilities: Inspect, analyze, and evaluate damaged vehicle, write detailed and accurate estimates using CCC1 estimating software. Be able to effectively communicate about the repair to customers. Handle communication with customer, insurance companies and production staff. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Strong organization skills, able to keep track of multiple jobs at one time. We do have a great team here to work with, you do need to be a team player also. We do work closely with insurance companies. We are a Direct Repair shop for most. We are certified in a list of different vehicle make and models. Must be an experienced estimator (5+ years, could be negotiated) We do pay for ICAR certifications, however if you bring some along with you that is a plus! We will need references upon applying.
