Pekin Country Club is seeking a qualified candidate to repair and maintain our fleet of mowers, utility vehicles, and various implements and attachments used to maintain the golf course. Candidate should be willing to work early hours- typical workdays are 5:30/6:00am - 1:30/2:00pm. This is a year round position, vacation time is offered. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
Preferred Skills (Training provided if needed):
o Knowledge of small engine repair.
o Knowledge of hydraulic systems repair.
o Knowledge of electrical systems repair.
o Knowledge of gasoline and diesel fuel systems.
o Experience with reel/bedknife grinding and operation of automated grinders.
o Basic welding and fabrication skills.
This job requires the ability to exert and lift 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and up to 10 pounds of force on a regular and continuing basis to move objects.
