Handyman needed for repeat work

Hi. My family owns a few houses and there is always a project that needs to be done. We need someone to call who can do handyman jobs and just plain help us out once in a while. I'd like someone to be able to come over with about a week's notice and if there is a larger job, a couple week's notice. I am looking for someone who will be around for a while. I will only hire competent, responsible, people with their own tools and their own transportation. I will not hire anyone who wants to get paid in cash immediately. If that is you, please don't bother to reply. I am a business and pay my bills. I have no problem paying promptly for a reliable person.
