I need part time help for my properties

I need part time help to upgrade/maintain my properties. Skills that would help include: landscaping maintenance, general carpentry, painting, etc. There are no set hours but working in the early morning hours would be best because of the heat factors. All I need to know is when you are able to work and have the ability to show up when you say you will. I pay $15.00 per hour daily. I live near Deltona High School in Volusia County.
