Job Description: Responsible for managing the store, accurate cash balances, employee schedules and training, quality service, cleanliness, coverage of duties, problem solving, maintaining and cleaning equipment, customer and employee retention. Responsible for providing coverage if their team members are unable to show up to their scheduled shift Perform vehicle preparation Be responsible for the look and experience of the car wash from the customer's perspective Set an example for your team Demonstrate leadership Requirements: Previous management experience a plus but not necessary Pre-employment drug screen Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma Availability for scheduled work shifts Neat, professional appearance High level of commitment to customer service Willingness to learn and grow Dependability Call us or come into our offices as soon as possible!
