Regent Asset Management is a real estate management firm that owns and operates self-storage facilities throughout the Midwest. Currently, we are seeking a Self-Storage On-Site Manager to join our team. As the Manager, you will report to the Asset Manager and are responsible for overseeing the operations of our facility in Dallas. Job Description: Maintain a presence on site from 9am to 5pm each day, including routine walk-throughs of the grounds every few hours. Open gates upon arrival and lock up facility after leaving. Collect payments and make bank deposits on a weekly basis. Confirm move ins and move outs Add and remove locks to units as needed Assist with any routine maintenance and clean up as needed Qualifications / Skills Property maintenance / handyman experience preferred Must be presentable and be able to provide a friendly face for customers that visit the facility This position will only be full-time for the first 1-2 months. After, the total hours may be reduced. Pay: $15-$18 per hour
