Looking for a reliable self-starter who is able to assist in the day-to-day operations of a self-storage facility.
Must be able to:
-Work from a computer and smartphone from home.
-Travel to the facility 1-2 times per week (the facility is located at Duncanville Rd & S Walton Walker Rd). For the first few weeks, the frequency may be higher - 2-3 times per weekTasks at the facility will include adding and removing locks from units, and confirming move-ins and move-outs.
-Travel to our PO box and Chase Bank 1 time per week
-Respond to calls/texts/emails during the day (no more than a handful per day)
Between all tasks, the average time spent each week would be about 5-10 hours. This position is part time and the majority of tasks can be completed outside of business hours. Real estate or management experience is a plus.
