The landscape maintenance Crew Leader is the person who at any time, ensures the maintenance team is carrying out their tasks, quickly, efficiently, and as planned for our maintenance clients. Duties and responsibilities · Informs and communicates with the Account Managers/Maintenance Production Manger · Responsible for the quality and productivity of teamwork. · Responsible for managing time entry for crew members · Responsible for ensuring that employees have the necessary equipment, supplies and materials to perform everyday activities. · Monitor and Lead daily tasks, reporting progress back to Production/Account Manager. · Train new employees assigned to crew and help them learn new tasks. · Responsible for following and managing implementation of company policies · Keep the company vehicle, clean daily and keep in coordination with store services. · Responsible for security and maintenance of company property. · Ability to communicate clearly to crew members daily tasks. Requirements: · Must have a valid driver's license with excellent driving record · Preferably bilingual, English Preferred · Landscape Maintenance 1-2 years of Crew Leader maintenance experience · Basic technology skills: navigation, use smartphone and applications · You must be able to effectively manage and train a team of 3-5 people · Working Knowledge of common landscape plants for the DFW area · You must be able to lift 50lbs · Demonstrates reliability and efficient working practices · Eager to learn and acquire new knowledge · Ability to maintain satisfactory relationships with other employees and the public *** Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 per hour
