Growing construction company is looking to establish a relationship with qualified handyman company or service to handle minor repairs and punch list items on new construction projects. List of qualifications would include ability to professionally handle small dry wall repairs, small paint touch ups, caulking in and outside, tile grout, flooring scratches, minor siding or gutter/downspout repairs, pumping water out of basement, hooking up new appliances, subfloor repairs would be a partial list of items we are looking for.
We are looking for a long term relationship that is beneficial to both parties - the assignments will generally be sent via email with the specifics that are needed with pictures and a due date. The time frame to handle would be from several days up to a week. 95% of the jobs are of short duration - an hour or less.
Payment will be weekly off the invoice. As long as invoice received by Thursday a check will be waiting Friday.
We currently have 25 active projects and run about 50 to 60 per year. This will be steady on going work for your business through out the year.
Only qualified registered and insured businesses should apply - we will pay business directly or through a 1099 however you prefer. We have all the licensing requirements covered and all permits handled as required. A licensed building license would be nice but it is not required. What is required is to show when your supposed to and do quality work when you are there.
