I am a local builder looking to hire an operations Manager oversee multiple local new builds and remodel jobs over the metroplex. We are a Fort Worth based building business that has had tremendous growth recently and is looking to expand even more. We handle residential remodels, New Builds and Commercial construction. We are a family run/family owned business with A LOT of room to grow. We have consistent work and Great customers. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, cares about what they do and is trustworthy. You must have Reliable Transportation (3/4+ TON Truck is a plus), Good Demeanor, Experience, and dress professionally. I have high expectations and look for work to be consistent, sharp and done to a standard that you would do for your own family. You will be required to take an entrance exam as a baseline for knowledge and expect to be held at a HIGH standard. I Expect proficiencies in maintain your own schedule, being efficient and taking pride in your work. Day to day operation would consist of: • Hauling and Dumping trailers • Material handling/returns • Jobsite maintenance/cleanup • Coordinating production related task • Managing trades and making field reports Being Bi-lingual, having construction experience and tools is a Huge plus. Salary pay range from 42K/Yr.+ Starting pay depending on History, performance, etc. There will be a probation period of 90-days while we learn about one another and how to communicate. You will need to provide an issued Government ID, go through a background check and have references available upon request. You will be required to meet for an initial consultation before starting any work and the details of payment, terms and company expectations will be outlined at the meeting.
