1. Familiar with the construction of highway concrete shoulder/mow strip, including but not limited to saw cutting, location site preparation (including some embarkments), formwork, concrete pouring (including precast curb placement and donut ring concrete pouring at each guardrail post location) and finishing- but not absolutely necessary, We'll train. 2. Ready to mobilize and start working Immediately or ASAP. 3. It is a night project. Sunday 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday to Thursday 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM. It takes up to an hour to complete one-lane closure for Traffic Control so the actual working hours are from 9:00 PM (10 PM Sunday) to 5:00 AM. 4. Bilingual (English-Spanish) but not absolutely necessary Revenue and Payments: 1. You will be paid (including equipment cost): a. $1,800 for short locations up to 100 foot long. b. $3,800 for regular locations between 100 foot and 325 foot long. c. Additional $9.00 for every additional foot for long locations exceeding 325 foot long. d. The length shall be from end to end, including the tapered portion (from 4-Ft to 2-Ft) at the end. 2. For one crew, you should expect to complete 2 regular locations with the gross revenue of about $7,600 each night. 3. For two crews, you should expect to complete 4 regular locations with the gross revenue of about $15,200 each night. 4. You will be paid every Saturday (twice a month) based of completion percentage.
