Need one experience mover

I need 1 experienced mover tomorrow Tuesday July 13th. We are a moving company. Must have moving company experience, black shorts, and solid color shirt. Pay is based upon performance. $15-$20 per hour with 4 hr minimum. If you show up and can not pad wrap furniture, use a dolly, use a hump strap, etc you will be paid $15 an HR. If you show up and keep up with my driver you will be paid $20 an hr. If you show up and keep up with my helper you will be paid $17 an HR. Your pay is up to you based on your honesty and ability.
