Black CTS Cadillac stolen

Helloa This 2003 Cadillac CTS has been missing for 5 days now. It's all black. (Even front emblem) pics are a year old. Tinted windows. 22 inch rims with low profile tires. The front lights and black lights are tinted black also. It has a moon roof. The tags are expired on it. (Unless whoever took it put some fake tags on it) If you see it please take pics of it and send me location of where you seen the car. I will drive out there as soon as I get the text or call. But please provide a pic, Location and If you can see who is driving it that would be great. Last I heard there was a thin, shorter girl with tattoo on front of neck was driving it. Or two girls, possibly sisters. I Believe it's in the NE area of Portland or in Hillsboro, Beaverton, aloha area. But not positive, car can be anywhere. Please Text or call at...
