I am looking for some one to install sheet rock. Please read the entire add before responding. I do not need anyone to come out and quote if you cannot quote it from my description then you are not for me. The ceiling height is 8'8" and will require a 1/4 sheet rock lay over. The current ceiling is solid wood so no finding studs you can screw at will. I require 5 screws a row spaced 16" apart. Yes 1/4 " sheet rock very light. It is one square room and a partial in another room 9 sheets total on the 1/4" ceiling work. Walls only This is a living room and one bedroom with a full size closet and one small closet. 1/2 sheet rock for the walls and will total 31 sheets one room is 8' 8" and the other is 8' 1". I require minimum 5 screws per 16 " spacing on studs. Sheet rock will be on site, there is electricity and water. No Bathroom Generally I like to see guys mark the sheets with a sheet rock square for your screw lines but if not (DO NOT MISS) a bunch of extra holes is not what I am looking for. I am looking for a quote per sheet - period. You can quote the ceiling and walls different prices if you like but just a straight bid per piece. I will look at all bids but this is a small job and with two guys should be finished in a day. So if you think this is worth thousands of dollar do not waste your time. as a reference insurance generally pays 15.00 per sheet with first coat mud so that will give you an idea of what what will win the bid I am not some dumb guy looking for a high bid, just putting this out there in case you are a good quality installer looking for a days worth of work at an honest cash pay. No I will not advance you money, should be done in a day two days max and I will pay when the last sheet is installed. No I will not supply tools, Sheet rock and screws will be provided. If you are not actively installing sheet rock, this is not the job for you. total is 40 sheets.
