This part-time position can be great for a variety of people, some looking to get their introduction to learn the field of construction or others' experienced in Construction and just looking for some extra work, or join our retirees who like being on construction sites without breaking their backs or need the push to get up early in the mornings. NO EXPERIENCE required and NOT LABOR INTENSIVE. SCHEDULE- start times are between 2am and 5am and can work as late as your schedule will allow (until 4pm). This is a Part-Time position only. If you are interested only in full-time positions then reach out to me and clarify that you only want full-time. This is NOT labor intensive and is more technical- but not in any advanced way.  Since this is part-time, you can get great construction experience and get a feel for what area you may thrive in. If you are simply looking to fill your time working on a construction site and like the early mornings, this is great to! We get techs that are retired from construction and want to get their day started and they do very well here. We also get students looking to get their introduction to construction. PAY- $15-$16 but varies on certifications and experience. -Work truck and gas card is provided for site-to-site but are not taken home. We are looking for non-experienced (or experienced) technicians to handle concrete inspections for Construction projects- No experience is required. As long as you can start between the hours of 2am-4am and work for 4+ hours each morning that you are scheduled. It all just comes down to if you can start your day at 2 or 3am and be on construction sites.  WHAT WE DO- ProTeX is Arizona's Construction Materials Testing and Inspections specialists which translates to the Builders entrusting us to inspect, test, and report back on various materials and structures in construction and the state of their quality, stability, and overall match to regulation. Doing our kind of work you get to learn about other trades such as- --Concrete finishers, carpenters, framers, landscaping, and any other trades involved in construction Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: · Construction monitoring and testing concrete. · Observe and report test results, site conditions and project information as assigned. · Use a laptop and be comfortable with learning a software system to enter data results from the inspections. · Learn how to read construction documents to determine project details and specifications. · Ability to work independently, multi-task and adhere to timelines and deadlines Required: · Possess strong interpersonal relations with contractors, trade partners, governmental agencies, clients, management, and inter-office personnel · Ability to apply standards, rules, policies, and procedures to formulate sound and well-ability to work long hours with exposure to exterior climate conditions · Strong communication skills with an ability to interact in a professional manner · Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload · Comfortable working with multiple priorities and deadlines · Professional demeanor and appearance · Strong sense of work-ethic
