If you get 6 or more migraines per month, we are performing a research study on a new natural supplement for migraine relief. This will allow you to add additional income from using your computer as all the surveys are performed with your computer. You take the supplement once per day and perform a survey before and after the 60-day period. These are performed on Survey Monkey, and totally confidential.
