I am looking for a laborer in a construction business that deals with vacant & foreclosure properties. Must have a valid drivers license & transportation to and from the main office in Toms River. No tools are required, but must have a basic knowledge of construction. For safety precautions a non smoker is preferred due to unknown circumstances that arise with these properties. Must be energetic and willing to work hard in all phases of construction including debris removals and yard work. You will start out at $120 a day for an 8 hour day until you show your knowledge and ambition or learning ability and move to a higher salary based on your knowledge & production.
