Paid Back Pain study that offers transportation reimbursement for study visits, medications and treatment at no cost. Age 18-65 and have no unstable medical problems. No current substance abuse and no marijuana and no medical marijuana allowed. Back pain must be sudden and not chronic and cannot last more than 8 days.
