Raileys Custom Renovations is looking to hire a Reliable, hard working, fast learner. We do most interior and exterior home renovations as well as landscaping. Applicants need to be able to lift up to 100 lbs. 6 months- 1 year general construction of some sort. Needs to know how to operate power tools and hand tools. Until you are trained in the aspects of construction that we do most of the job tasks will be general labor, lifting, cutting, being a helper. We already have a job foreman so we are looking for a helper to add to his crew. Opportunities to advance in pay raises on experience. 1st day of work will be a try- our to see how you fit with our company. No guaranteed employment until you can prove what you can do or how much experience you may have. No experience starts at $13 an hour. Some experience $ 14-15 an hour. Type of work we do is Flooring installation, Tile setting, painting, landscaping, decks & carpentry, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, hardwood refinishing, etc. When getting in contact with us we will ask you to provide a few references and precious employment, past experience. No illegal drug users. Needs a way to get to my house each morning then you will ride in a hih company vehicle or drive your car to the job site. Will b me required to wear and pay for company work shirts they will be taken out of your check. We have lots work due to our reputation of always doing quality work so whoever wenhire needs to pay attention to detail and always do good work.
