See for yourself CLICK the links BELOW to WATCH… HOW WE WORK ** HOW WE HAVE FUN ** and ** WHY WE STAY Required Skills/Qualifications • Minimum of 2-3+ years of previous experience managing a team of housekeeping employees through motivation, coaching and development • Proven experience supervising housekeeping departments • Ability to maintain a budget and proven excellence in customer service • Capable of using independent judgment/solid decision-making skills ability • Proven comfort and experience to interact effectively with all levels of management, guests, associates, and clientele, both inside and outside of the organization. • Proficiency with general office PC applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheets, databases). • Demonstrated sound organizational, coordinating and personal interface skills. • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication and attention to detail. • An essential part of the job is being available on a flexible schedule and being willing to work outside “office hours”. For example, nights, weekends and holidays (as needed and when applicable). This may or may not be required on a regular basis, but is mandatory when needed. Physical Requirements • Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands. • Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours. • Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others. • Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift at least 40 pounds. • Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required.
