Nice Guys Maids is a new cleaning service. We have just opened our doors "figuratively" and have been taking on work. The jobs we have done thus far have been paying $25 to $35 and hour to anyone willing to come in as a 1099 contractor. We compensate 5 to 10 dollars for gas depending on the drive and 5 dollars for cleaning supplies for each job. Most of our work is move out cleans so need to have attention to detail, as most all items will be out of the homes and apartments and you will be responsible for washing baseboards and scrubbing surfaces to get unit ready for next renter. For those who can figure out how to work fast and efficient we have the work and you have the potential to make more than the stated $25 to $35 per hour. Additionally, there is potential to bring in contractors as full time staff down the line. Please contact us if you want any additional information.
