Job description We are looking for a warehouse Associates with interest in working in a commercial environment. This role will partner with the Fulfillment Center management team to identify efficiencies in workflow and communicates with others to improve processes. This A shift position is 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. This is not a full-time hire on employee position, but rather a freelance contractor position with bookings being based on product volumes. FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES · Consistently monitors the flow of product · Follows guidelines to prep product for imaging, adhering to high standards of maintaining product packaging integrity · Identifies issues with products flowing in and out of the warehouse and seeks solutions · Continuously seeks improvements to workflow processes while maintaining current service level agreements · Responsible for adhering to studio-wide safety programs FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE REQUIREMENTS · High school diploma or equivalent · Able to stand and/or walk during shifts between 10 to 12 hours long. · Able to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch and/or stretch during shifts between 8 to 12 hours long · Able to lift and move up to 49lbs. · Able to engage in full dexterity with both hands and wrists · Experience using computer software programs · Basic English proficiency · Previous experience working in a high-volume fulfillment center or other operations environment · Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of workflow including prioritization, planning and task delegation under tight deadlines. · Comfortable in a culture of continuous change · Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously · Ability to adapt to workflow changes quickly Salary: DOE Job Types: Contract Pay: From DOE, 200+/per day
