Pineoaks and Suntree Mobile Home parks are looking for an experienced maintenance person to join our team. Daily duties include but not limited to trash pick up, lawn maintenance, general repairs. Other skills needed basic electrical (able to install or replace lights, outlets, breakers), general plumbing (install or replace shower or sink faucets, toilets find and repair water leaks, find and resolve minor sewer issues), able to work with other or on their own in different situations. Benefits and pay: Fulltime Position: Pay is $14 per hour Monday-Friday 8am-4pm with rotating on call with our current maintenance afterhours and weekends. 2 weeks paid vacation, 1 week paid sick leave, 10 paid holidays all from the time you start. 401K, medical, dental, vision plans all available from the 1st of the following month from when you start.
