Functional Floors is hiring! Functional Floors is a fast growing, highly reputable and exciting company specializing in hardwood floor installation, hardwood refinishing and vinyl plank installation. We are looking to hire experienced candidates for crew leader and subcontractor positions. We are looking for candidates that are highly experienced in any of the following skills: -Hardwood installation -Vinyl plank installation -Hardwood refinishing Candidates must be friendly, professional, hardworking, dependable, reliable, responsible, and have their own Transportation and valid driver's license. We would like to hire someone who can work effectively under minimal supervision, who can offer exceptionally high quality work, and who has the ability to speak professionally with customers. We will hire candidates who are committed to the company, motivated to learn and share ideas and willing to take on additional responsibilities. Full Time (35 to 50 hours/week) Primarily Monday through Friday.
