Hat and shirts are provided by Crawlspace Medic ● Be kind and courteous to customers and fellow workers on the job site and off ● No smoking on the jobsite or in company trucks. PTO Policy ● The following are company paid holidays (after 90 days) ○ New Year’s Day ○ Independence Day ○ Thanksgiving Day and the day after ○ Christmas Eve and Christmas Day ○ Labor Day / Memorial Day. ● Employee receives paid time off each year (after 90 days) ○ 5 Days PTO per year. ○ Earn 2 additional days per year of employment. ○ PTO days will not exceed 10 total days per year. ○ PTO days cannot be rolled over into the next year
