lost turquoise and yellow female budgie parakeet. Unclipped wings and inexperienced flyer. last seen/heard near Franciscan condominiums. birdcage was sitting outside and the bird got startled and escaped. Please contact if found birds name is Jubilee and likes millet and broccoli
