Ugh. Found this on the road outside my house.my guess is its the residue from a bike theft! I’m sorry if it is. I know first hand how much that sucks. Looks like a seat post and a unique lock. If you have the key at least I can help you recover your lock. If you have a police case open they might (if you’re lucky) dust for prints but I doubt it. Anyway if you have the key feel free to come get it. My condolences for the bike that it was attached to though
