Need a 20-30 hour weekly yard person To plant n weed n dig holes, mulch rake. If you have a power washer n know how to use it - this Is a plus If you have mower, trimmer etc wonderful. We can make this full time plus if you have property maintenance skills. Drywall Basic plumbing. Lay laminate flooring 6 hours daily $100 Any extra time $15 per hour Need to replace a frequent NO SHOW Must have vehicle and tools!
