Looking for an individual with knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing, but will train right individual. May include roof inspections, cleaning parking lots, changing trash bags and general property maintenance. Must be responsible, work well with others or alone at a job site, have reliable transportation - must be able to carry ladders, good communication skills and time management. This position you will be working in office buildings and shopping centers. I need an individual I can depend on at the job site. This is a full-time Monday - Friday 7 am to 3 pm job. I have a very busy maintenance company and I need an individual to start ASAP.
