90 minutes of great information, including situational awareness and practical self defense. We are happy to be hosting another Women's Self Defense class. We'll have 90 minutes of situational awareness training, practicing Krav Maga striking and defenses, and a review of personal weapons. $10 per person, ages 14 and up.
