Maintenance Technician Maintenance Technician - Full time (Burlington, NJ) compensation: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour plus benefits employment type: full-time Gcapital Handyman Services LLC, Inc. seeks full time maintenance technician for the building maintenance of various communities in Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties, New Jersey. Essential Tasks and Responsibilities • We are looking for someone who has exceptional handyman skills with some knowledge in light carpentry, minor electrical, plumbing, carpeting, and/or tile/vinyl flooring etc. • Performs routine preventative maintenance tasks such as power washing, vent cleaning, and gutter cleaning, etc • Painting and drywall repairs, window and door installations, siding and exterior building repairs. • Additional responsibilities presented upon application Requirements • Must have a knowledge, skill and ability to perform a variety of general maintenance tasks. • High School degree or GED plus 5 years maintenance experience • Must own a work vehicle i.e. pickup truck or utility van preferred • Must own basic tools to perform daily duties • Must pass basic pre-employment background check
