Anyone in Idaho or Washington want to do some student turns in Pullman Washington from august 1st-14th ( job is not in Idaho so will need people that can travel ) Will provide a room for as many crew members that are needed. We are looking for cleaners and painters to turn key clean apartment complexes. We specializes in student living make ready paints, cleans, and carpet cleaning. Requirements; Must have all cleaning supplies and paint supplies Must physically be able to walk stairs and clean apartments 1099 position Lasts 1-2 weeks You can be a single person crew or build a crew as big as you would like Drug and alcohol free please! We pay per bedroom and common area (livingroom, kitchen, hallway) Pay schedule is Monday-Sunday and pay that following Friday. Cleaning Cleaning would consist of but not limited to; Common area: Wiping down ceiling fans Dusting blinds Cleaning out and inside cabinets Fridge Stove Washer and dryer Mop and vacuum Bedrooms: Wipe down furniture Vacuum Toilet Tub Cabinets Sweep and mop Most crews will clean a 4 bedroom in 1 hours Painting This is not a full paint. We call this a make ready paint which means we don’t paint every square inch of the walls we paint up to 75% of the walls but some units would need a lot less. We touch up Trim and doors as needed This pretty much sums up the process of the make ready paint Most crews will paint a 4 bedroom in 1 hour or less This is a great opportunity to make great money in a short period of time.
