I made this catio this spring and our darn scardy cat doesn't like it. He's been an indoor cat to long. Could easly be modified to suit your window height, or made into a coop, or rabit hutch. Asking 50$ rehoming fee, and will throw in a cat door to make work for your window kitty exit.
