I read in the paper that a NH man was recently arrested for felony cruelty to animals. He had videos and photos on his phone of torturing and murdering cats and kittens. He admitted to police to have killed 13 cats/kittens and had 3 alive in his apartment. He says he GOT THEM FROM CRAIGSLIST. This is why you MUST ask questions and require a REHOMING FEE that is signigicant enough.
