We can't wait to see you there! ________________________________________________________________________________________________ San Diego Magazine Events and COVID-19 San Diego Magazine is committed to providing a safe event experience for our participants, supporters, attendees, and staff. While state & county regulations are lifting on June 15th, we still feel an obligation to ensure the community's health and safety. With events on the horizon, we know it can bring a mix of emotions from positive to negative. In order to help our community feel more comfortable, here's what to expect at all of our events taking place in 2021: Disposable masks will be readily available to everyone at the venue. Masks are mandatory for anyone who is unvaccinated, in order to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus.Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the venue.Social distancing will not be mandatory, but it will be encouraged unless state and county guidelines state otherwise.Reusable cups, utensils, and plates will not be available. All sampling exhibitors will be handing out one-time use cups, utensils, and plates. Exhibitors have been encouraged to bring environmentally friendly tossware.Emails and phone numbers will be collected during the registration process, so event organizers may notify participants, attendees, and staff in the unlikely event of someone testing positive with COVID-19 within 10 days of the event.These protocols are subject to change as new federal, state, or county guideline updates occur. As a reminder, any large gatherings do increase the risk of contracting COVID-19. Attendees, partners, vendors, and staff are participating in the event at their own risk and San Diego Magazine is not liable for any participating individual who contracts COVID-19 or any of its variants.
