Season 13 of the Brightside Tavern Film Festival is upon us. Student films and awards are on July 31st and all other films will be August 1 We are a short film festival in Jersey City who just made the top 10 film festivals in NJ list as well as top 100 best reviewed film festivals on Filmfreeway.  We have a festival 2 times a year but hold special events throughout.
